Moulin de Pontfract is a pale rosé with a bouquet of fresh spring flowers and a crisp, floral citrus palate. Made from equal parts of Grenache and Cinsault, it originates from vineyards surrounded by an amphitheater of hills in the beautiful Var region. There, the vines rapidly soak up the early morning sunlight and produce ripe grapes with a fine balance of sweetness and acidity. We recommend you enjoy this wine chilled, but not too cold, with barbecues, salads, veal or chicken dishes.
